A. Usually the best deals are in the order of 6 months > 3 months > 1 month. We recommend 6 months for long-term employment and 1 month for probationary periods.
Q. Will I be refunded for changing my commute route?
A. The amount calculated by subtracting the number of unused months x 1 month subscription fee + 220 yen handling fee will be refunded. It is advantageous to do this at the same time as changing the route.
Q. What if I ride outside the scheduled section?
A. Separate payment (automatic payment) for portions outside the section. If you use an IC card, it will be deducted from your balance.
Q. What about 2-section/multi-route commuter pass?
A. Compatible with JR's ``multiple lines'' and connecting commuter passes for various private railways. Confirmation of commuting route is required.
